About MacAllan LAWYERS

Our Mission

Local lawyers helping you put life's important pieces in place since 2003.

MacAllan Lawyers was founded by principal solicitor Ian MacAllan and practice manager Katrina MacAllan with a simple philosophy: provide practical legal advice, genuine personal service, and help people feel confident that life's important matters are taken care of.

More than 20 years later, that philosophy still guides everything we do.

As a boutique law firm based on Tamborine Mountain, we take the time to get to know our clients. Many of the people who first came to us to buy a home or prepare a will now return whenever life changes—welcoming grandchildren, moving house, updating their estate plan, or helping administer the estate of a loved one.

We believe good legal advice should leave you feeling informed, reassured and confident—not overwhelmed. That's why we explain things in plain English, offer practical solutions, and focus on what matters most to you.

Whether you're planning for the future, buying or selling property, or navigating an important life event, our team is here to guide you every step of the way.

Ian MacAllan | Principal Solicitor
